Ordinance No. 07-4120 passed on May 10, 2007. Enacted laws mandate that the City of Bastrop regulate non-storm water discharges into the City’s storm drain system.

Storm Water Initial Inspection:
call with permit number when all measures are installed and in place.
Storm Water Interim Inspection:
is performed as necessary during the construction process.
Storm Water Final Inspection:
is performed when site has been stabilized using any of , or combination of the measures listed under Storm Water Final Inspection, 70% density cover .
